Lasagna

1 lb. ground beef
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cups (about 28-oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
1 ½ cups water
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/3 cups (15-oz container) cottage cheese
½ tsp. salt
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
9 pieces lasagna, uncooked
Heat Oven to 350°F.
Brown eat and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water: simmer
about 10 min.
Stir together cottage cheese half the mozzarella. Pour about 1 cup
sauce of 13x9 baking dish. Arrange 3 uncooked pasta pieces
lengthwise over sauce; cover with about 1 cup sauce. Spread ½
cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layer of lasagna, sauce and
cheese filling. Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce;
sprinkle with remaining mozzarella sauce. Cover with foil. Bake 45
min. remove foil; bake additional 15 min. Let stand 10 min before
cutting.
